Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I remember my aunt vocalizing next door and I would just imitate her every day. I loved singing and thought she was amazing. I really liked to listen to the radio and knew all the artists names and songs.

Joni Mitchell, Travelogue
The Doors, The Doors
Both Sides Now is hands down my favorite. This is musical mastery in every way. Orchestration, arrangement, song choices and performance. Travelogue follows this as well. The Doors was just so innovative for rock at the time, something new.

“Voodoo Boy”
I never really thought this was going to be a big deal song. It started with a few lines. As I recorded it I kept adding different things ,such as a Polynesian chant, didgeridoo, etc. Went on to a Grammy nod and a bar in Honolulu named after it.
